Tomorrow’s Chicago Med features some adorable moments and some stressful ones, and we’ve got a literal first look at all of them with our gallery of this week’s new Chicago Med photos!

This week’s episode is called “Lemons and Lemonade,” and while some moments will likely be sweet, some of them could also be sour based on the photos we have from the episode.

You’ll see Dr. Sarah Reese (Rachel DiPillo) returning to work after serving her two-week suspension for using her pepper spray on a patient, and having a conversation with Maggie Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett). How will Reese adjust to being back in the ED?

Maggie appears to figure prominently in this episode, as she’s in two of the scenes featured. We can only assume she’s continuing to work on the hospital’s financial situation, but for more info on what’s ahead for her in the coming episodes, you can read our interview with Marlyne Barrett.

But there’s one photo here that will particularly interest One Chicago fans. We’re getting to see Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) with her son Owen! After Owen was almost entirely absent in the last season, season 3 is going to give us at least a little bit of quality mother-son time. And who doesn’t want to see that?
