Chicago Med season 3, episode 13 synopsis and promo: Best Laid Plans
Chicago Med has conflict throughout the hospital this week. Here’s the official Chicago Med season 3, episode 12 synopsis and teaser.
Tuesday’s Chicago Med will have a lot of doctors butting heads, at least according to NBC‘s official description of the next new episode.
The episode is called “Best Laid Plans” and everyone seems to have a point of view. April Sexton (Yaya DaCosta) will have to help Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) with a woman who won’t wake up in the hospital’s ED waiting room, while there’s more trouble upstairs in the cardiothoracic surgery department as our surgeons start working against each other.
Plus, Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) is still living in unpopular opinion land, or at least that’s what it sounds like. It’s not easy being the supervising attending and having to make decisions that other people don’t agree with. So who’s going to win any of these arguments, and can our heroes be able to put their differences aside to save their patients? We’ll find out on Tuesday, but we’re going to guess there could be some hard feelings after this.
Here’s how NBC officially describes the episode:
"When a mother makes a decision regarding care of her vegetative adult son, Dr. Halstead and Dr. Manning find themselves at odds. Dr. Rhodes goes behind Dr. Bekker’s back to figure out a way to get his patient at the top of the transplant list. Dr. Choi is at a loss when a woman in the waiting room falls asleep and won’t wake up."
