April Sexton (Yaya DaCosta) looks wary about the goings-on in the ED yet again, while poor Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) seems like he’s poised for another rough day at the office. Their boss and hospital administrator Sharon Goodwin (S. Epatha Merkerson) does not look happy, so who is she upset with this time? Could this have to do with the recent lawsuit, even though it was supposedly settled?

And what are Dr. Sarah Reese (Rachel DiPillo) and Dr. Daniel Charles (Oliver Platt) talking about this week? We hope it’s not her father again, but we’re going to guess that it is. That conversation probably won’t go well either.
