Is Chicago Fire’s Otis going to be okay? Dr. Choi talks to the team in One Chicago Center’s exclusive clip from Chicago Fire season 6, episode 16.

Will Chicago Fire be able to help Otis? Dr. Choi from Chicago Med offers his thoughts on Otis’s next steps in this One Chicago Center exclusive scene from Thursday’s episode!

Last week’s two-hour movie event surprised fans by having Otis (Yuri Sardarov) shot in the neck. Though he survived, things looked ominous when after surgery, he had lost feeling in his legs.

In this scene, Otis has received the bad news that things aren’t okay—and understandably, he’s not okay with it. Neither is his best friend Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso), who wants answers about why this has happened and what can be done about it.

Enter Chicago Med‘s own Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee, in a crossover appearance). Choi is always straight to the point, and this scene is no exception. He tells Otis, Cruz and colleagues Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) what he knows and where they go from here.

Is it good news? Bad news? It can’t be bad news, right?! We certainly hope for the best, but with a new firefighter already coming in to fill Otis’s spot on the roster, the pressure is definitely on to figure this out and get one of our favorite characters back in fighting shape.

Watch our exclusive clip from this week’s Chicago Fire below and find out what Dr. Choi has to say, then be sure to tune in Thursday to watch the full episode and see what happens next!
