Chicago Fire has solved Stellaride, now what about fixing Brettonio? Here are 5 reasons why Sylvie Brett and Antonio Dawson need to get back together.

Fans of Chicago Fire have seen love in the air for most of the show’s couples—except for Sylvie Brett and Antonio Dawson.

Chicago Fire season 6 has finally gotten Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) back together, even if it took both of them seeing other people, Severide jumping off a roof, and Stella almost getting shot for Severide to finally confess his feelings.

Meanwhile, Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer) and Gabriela Dawson (Monica Raymund) continue to be generally happy together, with most of their problems able to be resolved by a meaningful chat and a hug by the end of any given episode.

But when it comes to Brettonio, Chicago Fire has gone in circles. Brett (Kara Killmer) and Antonio (Jon Seda) seemed to be over. Then they weren’t. Then they were again. Now we’re not sure what the deal is, but all throughout the season they’ve been pining for each other, giving longing looks and keeping the audience wondering how long the show is going to keep us waiting.

It’s time to end the waiting game and set Brettonio straight, and we can come up with plenty of reasons why Brett and Antonio deserve to find their happiness before the end of the season.
