Is Law & Order SVU season 19 available to stream on Netflix? Now that SVU season 19 is complete, Dick Wolf fans are wondering if they can catch up with the current season on the popular streaming service.
The 19th season is best known for being the one where star Raul Esparza chose to leave the show, and his Assistant District Attorney Rafael Barba was replaced by Assistant District Attorney Peter Stone (Philip Winchester, by way of Chicago Justice).
Chicago Justice showrunner Michael Chernuchin returned to the Law & Order fold to assume the same job on SVU, owing to the fact that Rick Eid went from New York to Chicago as the new boss of Chicago PD.
But even with changes in front of and behind the camera, Olivia Benson and her crew still served up plenty of justice in the Big Apple. So can you go to Netflix if you missed any of this season’s episodes?

Netflix has streaming rights for multiple past seasons of the show, but the latest season that’s available on Netflix is season 18—the season before this one. So what happened to SVU season 19 and where are the latest episodes?
The series is part of NBC‘s content streaming deal with Netflix’s rival Hulu. So the current season is on that platform. It remains to be seen if season 19 will shift over to Netflix once season 20 is available on Hulu, but that would be September at the earliest.
