Chicago Med season 4, episode 5 synopsis and promo: What You Don’t Know

The next Chicago Med is going to be an unpleasant experience, at least according to NBC‘s official description of the episode and the promotional spot they’ve released.

Not for One Chicago fans, of course, but the episode is called “What You Don’t Know.” That’s never a good thing, and on this show it’s even worse because audiences are aware that more than one character is hiding a secret. If even some of those secrets come out, things are going to get very uncomfortable around the Emergency Department!

The big thing to watch for is that Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) begins his new second job as an undercover information for the Chicago Police Department’s task force. Manstead fans should get ready for strife, because that scenario is perfect for Chicago Med to cause renewed drama in that relationship.

Will has already lied once, and according to NBC’s synopsis, he’s about to do it again. He might end up sleeping on the couch this week, if he doesn’t outright find himself slapped, or dumped, or on a second “break” from his fiancee.

So who can continue to hide their secrets, and who’s going to see them come out? How much of this drama can the hospital take? We’ll have to tune in Wednesday to find out.

"When things become complicated, Will is forced to lie to Natalie. Ethan and April find out some compromising information about Emily’s boyfriend and Ava is unsure of what to do with a patient who is refusing treatment."
