The next Chicago PD will put even more pressure onto Intelligence, according to NBC‘s official description of Wednesday’s episode and the promotional video they’ve released for it.
Wednesday’s installment is called “True or False,” which is what the team will have to figure out when they investigate the death of an alderman’s wife. Naturally, having the spouse of one of the city’s political figures be murdered isn’t good, so Deputy Superintendent Katherine Brennan (recurring guest star Anne Heche) is on hand to tell the team exactly what she thinks and how she expects the case to be handled.
But the real character getting the spotlight is Hailey Upton (Tracy Spiridakos), who reveals a big secret from her personal life during the course of the investigation. She’s not the first character to do this, and she won’t be the last, but at least this could give Chicago PD fans more insight into Upton.
What else will One Chicago fans learn about her? Will it cause problems in her suddenly complicated personal life? Is she even telling the truth or is it a story designed to get the suspect to confess? So many questions, and only one way to get answers.
