What’s happening in this week’s episode of Chicago Med? Find out about the next episode with the Chicago Med season 4, episode 11 synopsis and teaser.

The next Chicago Med features old problems and new teammates, according to NBC‘s official description of the episode as well as the promo that they’ve released for it.

Wednesday’s installment is entitled “Who Can You Trust,” which is probably a good question to pose to several characters after last week’s midseason premiere. Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) is back at work, but as hinted at by his recent gun purchase, he’s not the same guy. There’s also an issue for Chexton, but it’s not like the tension between them hasn’t shown up at work already, so what will make this different?

On the flip side, Chicago Med is going back to one of its newer combinations, which is putting together Will’s fiancee Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) with Dr. Daniel Charles (Oliver Platt). That was a fun combination to see, but will Natalie be a little more cautious since she felt Charles deceived her last time? Or has she forgiven him since he was trying to help her? We’ll have to watch and see, but more of them is a good thing.
