What’s happening in this week’s episode of Chicago Med? Find out about the next episode with the Chicago Med season 4, episode 15 synopsis and teaser.

The team at Chicago Med are going to have their hands full during the next episode, according to NBC‘s official description and the promo they’ve released for this week.

Wednesday’s installment is titled “We Hold These Truths” (as in the iconic phrase at the start of the Declaration of Independence) and features another crisis that requires everyone’s help. This time it’s a street fair that goes completely wrong, with Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Maggie Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett) at ground zero.

Our heroes are normally pretty good in these kinds of situations; remember back during season 2 when they helped treat multiple patients during a marathon? It’ll be interesting to see how this episode compares to that one, and also how Maggie returns to work since last time audiences saw her, she was donating a kidney. That alone suggests there has to be some kind of a time jump in this Chicago Med episode, too.

As a reminder, this episode is not part of this week’s One Chicago crossover. The crossover only involves Chicago Fire and Chicago PD.

"After witnessing a pick-up truck plow through a street fair, Natalie and Maggie are forced to make some tough decisions on the fly. The doctors and nurses of Chicago Med find themselves on high alert with the influx of patients arriving in need of aid. Dr. Charles’ ex-wife comes to town with news."
