The next Chicago PD is part of a two-hour One Chicago crossover, and NBC‘s official description and the promotional video they’ve released for the episode provide a few clues.

Wednesday’s episode is entitled “Good Men” and picks up where the preceding chapter of Chicago Fire left off. Intelligence recruits a member of Firehouse 51 to help them get to the bottom of a crime spree happening around the city, but will they be able to catch the crooks? And can they do it without any harm coming to any of our heroes?

Naturally, further specifics about the plot are being kept under wraps, because providing too many details about its story would automatically give away what’s happening on Chicago Fire. But One Chicago viewers know that the multi-show crossovers are some of the biggest stories, so fans can comfortably expect something huge out of this Chicago PD crossover.

Hopefully, unlike the last one, nobody will get almost blown up. But anything is possible, so let’s not rule anything out. After all, crossovers have also been prime time for people to wind up dead.

Here’s how NBC officially describes the episode:

"Using information from Chicago Fire’s Cruz, Intelligence chases down the robbery crew that’s been using the lockbox key. Voight is under pressure to bring the crew to justice without tarnishing the reputation of a murdered firefighter who might have been involved."
