What should fans watch for in this week’s Chicago PD? Get ready for tonight’s episode with our Chicago PD season 6, episode 15 preview.

Since the next episode of Chicago PD is the conclusion to a One Chicago crossover, it’s hard to tell much about what’s coming fans’ way on Wednesday.

After all, anything said about this episode is automatically spoilery—because the plot here is just picking up from where the preceding episode of Chicago Fire left off. So any details given about PD can imply what’s happening on Fire.

To that end, NBC is being much more stringent with details this week; the network didn’t release their usual “sneak peek” clip from this episode. All audiences have to go on is the large amount of photos and the episode’s synopsis.

Both tell One Chicago fans that Intelligence will be bending the ears of Firehouse 51 to help catch a robbery crew, particularly Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso). Cruz’s brother went undercover to help out the police years ago, so watch to see if anyone brings that up and/or if it becomes relevant to the new storyline.

Another thing to note is that during crossovers, the storylines of each individual show tend to sit on the sidelines, because all of the screen time has to go into telling this combined plot instead.

So while Chicago PD has some unanswered questions from last week’s standalone adventure, it may or may not answer them. Will “Good Men” show us any change in how Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), Hailey Upton (Tracy Spiridakos) and Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) interact now that everything is out between them?

Ruzek and Upton’s relationship is pretty much public now, and what about the political race? If this plot is so big that it needs a crossover, certainly it’d draw the attention of the mayoral candidates?

But this episode may not have time for that. Fans will want to tune in to enjoy having one more big event this season, and to find out what happens after watching Chicago Fire. But if you’re a PD fan wait and see if the show layers in any hints about where it’s going, or potentially leaves all of that aside for another week.
