The Federal Bureau of Investigation is dealing with bombs this week, according to CBS‘s official description of the next FBI episode and the promo they’ve released for it.

Tuesday’s episode, entitled “Scorched Earth,” sees the team trying to connect a series of bombs that have gone off throughout New York City. It’s not long before they find a common thread with all the attacks—someone has a grudge against Wall Street and wants somebody to pay.

Can FBI agents Maggie Bell (Missy Peregrym) and OA Zidan (Zeeko Zaki) find the perpetrator before he or she blows up anything  or anyone else? Or will an outside consultant invited onto the case get in the way of their investigation, and make things worse?

There have been a couple of crime sprees so far this season, including the previous episode where it was a string of robberies rather than a string of bombings. But those episodes usually are some of the more fast-paced, so fans of the Dick Wolf series should be on the edge of their seat during this episode. FBI certainly isn’t skimping on the suspense.

"A serial bomber appears to be targeting Wall Street’s elite. Maggie and OA search for a suspect who seems dead-set on revenge, while Dana deals with Spencer Briggs, a cocky profiler brought in to consult on the case."
