What’s happening in this week’s Chicago Fire episode? Find out about Move A Wall with the Chicago Fire season 7, episode 17 synopsis and teaser.

There’s another suspicious fire happening in the next Chicago Fire, according to NBC‘s official description of Wednesday’s new episode and the teaser they’ve released for it.

Wednesday’s installment, entitled “Move A Wall,” is not to be confused with this season’s earlier episode “Inside These Walls” (which ironically just repeated two weeks ago).

But one thing those two episodes do have in common is that they have our firefighters turning into investigators. In this storyline, it’s Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) who think something is off and are determined to find out what. With them also being exes again, it’ll be interesting to see if this plot also involves something about their relationship.

Back at Firehouse 51, Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) gets more of a focus again. While on duty, he butts heads with Matthew Casey (Jesse Spencer); off-duty, he gets to watch his wife Cindy (returning guest star Robyn Coffin) try to redecorate the house’s common room. This should be fun. Hopefully Herrmann doesn’t have another meltdown.

But more Cindy is always welcome! And certainly her design plans will provide this week’s serving of comic relief.
