There’s going to be another disaster at Chicago Med, according to NBC‘s official description of this Wednesday’s installment and the promo they’ve released for it.

The next chapter is called “The Space Between Us,” which sounds like it’s going to address all of the gaps that have developed between the show’s couples. It could be a very relationship-heavy episode, especially since every single couple is an ex-couple right now. So if you’re a Chicago Med shipper, you’ll definitely enjoy what happens this week.

But that’s not all that’s going to take place: it also involves a car crashing through the hospital’s Emergency Department. You have to feel for the people who work here—there was a chemical disaster earlier this season, and now this! Not counting how the place has blown up and had all kinds of other things happen in the past. This is a dangerous place to work.

Between the two, some big decisions could be made. After all, it’s usually life-threatening or other dramatic situations that prompt characters to make up their minds. Who will get the wake-up call this time?

Here’s how NBC officially describes the episode:

"When a car unexpectedly smashes through the ambulance bay doors, Dr. Choi makes some difficult decisions in an effort to save a worker trapped beneath the wreckage and April, who’s also in danger. Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Bekker tend to a patient whose best chance at survival is an extremely risky heart surgery. Dr. Charles struggles to come to terms with ex-wife Caroline’s treatment."
