The Code premiere features Chicago Med alum Ato Essandoh in Blowed Up. Here’s how to watch The Code season 1, episode 1 live, on TV and online.

While Ato Essandoh may not be appearing on Chicago Med a lot anymore, find out how to watch The Code online or live tonight, to see him in his new CBS series.

On Tuesday, Essandoh is front and center as Major Trey Ferry, a member of an elite Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps team that investigates and litigates cases involving members of the military. Trey and his subordinate, Captain John Abraham (Luke Mitchell, Blindspot) serve as the prosecutors, ensuring soldiers are held accountable for thheir actions.

So while it’s not getting to see Dr. Isidore Latham, there could be a similarly bromantic dynamic on this show, and there will be plenty of tension, too.

Please note that tonight’s episode is just a “special preview,” not the show’s regular time slot! So do not use series record on your DVR, because the series is moving to Mondays after its premiere.

Below is all the information you need to watch The Code online and live Tuesday to catch the first episode of the season.

Here’s how CBS officially describes the episode:

"When a soldier in Afghanistan kills his commanding officer, Judge Advocates Capt. John “Abe” Abraham and Capt. Maya Dobbins are assigned to the case as prosecution and defense lawyers by their commanding officer, Col. Glenn Turnbull."
