The hospital is in disarray once again during tomorrow’s Chicago Med, as evidenced by the photos that NBC has made available to promote this week’s episode.

Wednesday’s installment “Never Let You Go” features more trouble in the Emergency Department, as an armed man decides to take hostages. What unfolds in the promotional pictures are exactly what One Chicago fans would expect to see: a lot of very serious faces and the doctors doing their best to protect innocent people.

Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee), who’s been involved in both of the last two crises in the ED, is trying to help a wounded security guard. Then there’s Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss), who’s probably kind of sick of seeing guns pointed at him by now. How is Will going to handle another life-threatening situation?

This will be the first episode to air since it was announced that two actors won’t be returning to Chicago Med next season, but based on these photos, at least one of them will have a significant amount of screen time. And look very closely at who his patient is!
