The focus will be on Adam Ruzek and Hailey Upton in this week’s Chicago PD, as revealed by the promotional photos that NBC has released for Wednesday’s episode.
Wednesday’s installment is called “Sacrifice,” and a majority of the images feature either Upton (Tracy Spiridakos), Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) or both. The episode will presumably delve into their personal and professional lives, because there’s a photo of the two of them leaving a place together and it certainly looks like they’re on their way to work.
But that’s not the only thing that’s happening in this episode. Fans will be excited to see a shot of Trudy Platt (Amy Morton), which hopefully means she’ll have a little more screen time as we have not seen a lot of her this season. Plus, once again, Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins) has to chase down a suspect—which One Chicago fans know he’s great at.
The series seems to have a little bit of everything lined up here, which is good considering that it’s one of the final episodes this season. But Ruzek and Upton shippers will definitely want to be tuned in for this one.
