What’s happening in the Chicago Med season finale? Find out about With A Brave Heart with the Chicago Med season 4, episode 22 synopsis and teaser.

The Chicago Med season finale is here, and One Chicago fans can learn what’s going on thanks to NBC‘s official description of the episode and the promo they’ve released for it.

Wednesday’s episode is called “With A Brave Heart,” and it’s set to tie up all of the ongoing plots that have been unraveling throughout the second half of the season. There’s a wedding that’s in the works for one character, another might be in life-threatening trouble (again), and perhaps Dr. Ethan Choi (Brian Tee) could finally get a reprieve from the Bernie situation?

Whatever happens, there’s going to be an awful lot of drama and it would not be a shocker if this ends on another cliffhanger.

Plus, remember that this is the final episode for Colin Donnell as Dr. Connor Rhodes and Norma Kuhling as Dr. Ava Bekker. Both were dropped by the show and will not be returning for season 5 this fall. If nothing else, One Chicago fans will want to tune in, just to see how their characters are written out and if it leaves the door open for one or both to return.
