Law and Order SVU TV schedule for September 2019: What’s new and reruns?
When can you watch Law and Order: Special Victims Unit this month on NBC? Here’s when and where Law and Order SVU will air in September 2019.
There’s plenty of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in September 2019, as NBC has packed the SVU schedule for the start of the fall season.
However, that also makes things incredibly complicated for fans who want to keep up with Olivia Benson and the rest of her squad. There’s a mix of preemptions, repeat airings, and new episodes all throughout the month.
That’s before factoring in the additional reruns which are regularly available on NBC’s sister network USA and other channels including MyNetworkTV. Due to the sheer volume of those airings, they’re not included here but you can find them on each channel’s website.
It all amounts to a ton of Special Victims Unit on the air, all of which is leading up to the SVU season 21 opener.
The show will be missing from NBC’s airwaves at the start of September, due to a Thursday night edition of the network’s popular Sunday Night Football. After that, Benson and company get back to business, but it’ll be a mixture of old and new installments.
But there’s one question mark still on the SVU schedule.

It’s not clear yet if September will include a second chance to watch the previous season’s finale, so if you need to do that, your best bet for the time being is to stream it on Hulu, which can be done for free and without a subscription.
