The Law & Order: SVU premiere is taking on the Harvey Weinstein case, according to NBC‘s official description of the episode.

Thursday’s premiere is entitled “I’m Going To Make You A Star,” and it’s very clearly ripped from the headlines about the disgraced producer. A media mogul (played by Deadwood and American Gods star Ian McShane) is accused of sexual assault, leaving Olivia Benson to take on her latest suspect in high places. Will Benson be able to topple another high-powered man abusing that power?

Special Victims Unit also returns with a subplot for Det. Dominick “Sonny” Carisi (Peter Scanavino), owing to some changes in the team. Fans will have to see if this is related to, or makes any kind of reference toward, the exit of their Assistant District Attorney.

Peter Stone (Philip Winchester) was written out at the end of last season, and NBC never officially announced a new ADA. Some fans have speculated that Carisi, who’s been studying law, could fill that void.

"When an actress accuses a high-powered media mogul of attempted rape, Benson finds herself in a high-stakes game of cat and mouse. Changes in the squad room put Carisi between a rock and a hard place."
