The Chicago Med premiere is tomorrow, and fans are getting their first look inside the hospital since May’s cliffhanger with NBC‘s official photos from the episode.
Wednesday’s installment is called “Never Going Back To Normal,” and with multiple stories left hanging from last season’s finale, it’s no surprise that the network is being cagey with the images they’ve chosen to release.
Only two photos are related to any of the cliffhangers. There’s Dr. Will Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) carrying his injured ex-fiancee Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) through the doors into the Emergency Department. And there’s a look at Dr. Connor Rhodes (Colin Donnell) in what’s going to be his last episode, though it doesn’t reveal anything about his story.
But otherwise, One Chicago fans are being left guessing, as the majority of the photos are focused on Chexton, with two brief glimpses of other characters. There’s not even a shot of the new doctor who’s joining the team. So if you’re looking for clues about what happens, you won’t find them here—NBC is clearly trying to avoid photo-related spoilers.
