Tuesday’s installment “Little Egypt” marks the start of a new era for the CBS drama, which will attempt to build on its success as one of last fall’s most popular shows, new or otherwise. Alana de la Garza (Law & Order) and John Boyd (Bones) join the cast as the new unit chief and another field agent, respectively.

Things start off with a bang, literally, as a bomb goes off in a neighborhood that OA (Zeeko Zaki) knows very well. While he heads undercover again to catch the suspects, the rest of his team are adjusting to their new dynamics and a new supervisor. Rick Eid (Chicago PD) wrote the episode directed by Arthur W. Forney (Law & Order).

Here’s how CBS officially describes the episode:

"After a bomb detonates at a restaurant in Queens, the case becomes personal for OA, who grew up eating there. But what initially seems like a terrorist attack reveals itself to be more complex, and OA goes undercover to prevent another incident."
