Having only just returned from her brush with death, Natalie’s first day back takes an unexpected turn when she becomes trapped in an elevator with a patient in need of immediate treatment. Fortunately for Natalie, she’ll have a little assistance in tending to the patient’s needs courtesy Chicago Fire‘s Matt Casey (Jesse Spencer), who finds himself trapped in the elevator alongside her during the blackout.
