This week Law and Order SVU is taking on another hotly debated story, so find out how to watch Law and Order SVU online or live tonight.

Thursday’s installment appears to be the show’s version of the Jussie Smollett story, as it’s about an actor who insists to the Special Victims Unit team that he was assaulted and is then accused of faking that story. Of course, the writers will take this in a different direction, but it’ll be interesting to see how they spin it—their plot sets the scene in an entirely different place, and of course gives it a sex crimes angle.

The episode also includes Zuleikha Robinson (The Lone Gunmen) returning as the new Bureau Chief ADA, and Demore Barnes (The Unit) coming back as the defense attorney. Plus, there’s also Curtis Armstrong (Supernatural).

It’s important to note that, despite the title similarity, this has nothing to do with the season 20 episode “Hell’s Kitchen.”
