Law and Order: SVU exclusive: Redemption In Her Corner

This week on Law and Order: SVU, one member of the team takes things a bit too far when concerns arise about a trainer at their gym.

This Thursday, Law and Order: SVU season 21 continues with what promises to be an intense hour of television which finds one member of the SVU team crossing the line in hopes of uncovering the truth.

As teased in NBC’s official episode synopsis, Officer Katriona “Kat” Azar Tamin (Jamie Gray Hyder) becomes concerned a trainer at the gym she frequents is using his authority to take advantage of the students he’s been tasked with training. Never one to sit idly by, Kat wastes no time in bringing the concerns to Captain Olivia Benson (Mariska Hargitay) and the team.

Although, it seems that Kat will have the full support of the SVU unit, signs indicate the process of working the case might not go quite as Kat hopes. With the well-being of  students on the line, just how far over the line might Kat step to get to the bottom of the case?

In the clip, Detectives Amanda Rollins (Kelli Giddish) and Fin Tutuola (Ice T) join assistant district attorney Dominick Carisi Jr. (Peter Scanavino) in cheering Kat on as she prepares to face off in a boxing match which likely will be the catalyst for the episode — considering the trainer at the heart of the episode appears in the corner of Kat’s opponent!
