When can you watch Chicago Fire this month on NBC? Here’s when and where Chicago Fire will air in May 2020. See the Chicago Fire schedule.

The Chicago Fire TV schedule in May 2020 is a very strange thing, as One Chicago fans should be seeing season finales. But will you be able to watch your favorite show at all this month? We have the answer.

Unfortunately, as many viewers already know, there are no new episodes scheduled in May. NBC ended the current season prematurely on April 15. With production being shut down because of the current world health crisis, the network simply ran out of episodes.

That being said, network programmers have been trying to bridge the gap by offering up repeats from season 8. They aired reruns in the end of April, and that’s also the plan for at least the initial part of May. Whether or not that will continue past the season’s original end date isn’t clear.

Here is the current Chicago Fire schedule in May 2020:

May 6: “Badlands” (Chicago Fire season 8, episode 3)

Paramedic Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) goes above and beyond the call of duty when she suspects abuse at a juvenile detention facility. Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) finds out the chief wants her to represent Firehouse 51 at a firefighters’ leadership conference.

May 13: “What Went Wrong” (episode 6)

The women of the firehouse decide that they need a “women’s lounge” but their plan backfires on them when female firefighters from another house take it over. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso) suspect foul play when an elderly woman is hurt in a house fire.

May 20: “Welcome to Crazytown” (episode 7)

Severide decides to take the position in the Office of Fire Investigation after a meeting with his old mentor Carl Grissom (returning guest star Gary Cole). Meanwhile, Christopher Herrmann (David Eigenberg) runs afoul of a police officer known for stirring up trouble and soon finds himself facing potential disciplinary action.
