Get an early look at next week’s Chicago Fire season 9 premiere as One Chicago Center brings you a gallery of photos from the season’s first episode!

NBC has released a slew of promotional images from the show’s return, which is entitled “Rattle Second City.” From the look of these official photos, though it’s been a while since viewers tuned in, it’s been business as usual for the members of Firehouse 51. Most of the pictures show them in the field at their latest call for assistance.

COVID-19 is already being woven into the show right at the top, as several characters are seen wearing masks while responding to the call as well. Will this continue throughout the season or will it be most prominent in the premiere?

Most notably, fans can take their first look at new paramedic Gianna Mackey, played by Adriyan Rae. The character will join the firehouse in this episode as a replacement for Emily Foster, after Annie Ilonzeh was not brought back this season. Gianna is already hard at work alongside her new partner Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer), and everyone will be watching to see how their partnership is compared to that of Brett and Foster.
