The hospital is going to get crowded in this week’s Chicago Med. The official photos released by NBC for tomorrow’s new episode are focused mostly on a plethora of guest stars.

Wednesday’s hour, called “Those Things Hidden in Plain Sight,” has a ton of people joining the regular cast. Photos focus on Dr. Charles’ daughter Anna (guest star Hannah Alligood) coming to the Emergency Department, which may not be a good thing. Usually, when someone’s family member visits, they make things worse. Remember what happened with Emily Choi? Or any time that Cornelius Rhodes showed up?

Beyond that, we get another appearance from Pandora‘s Tehmina Sunny as Dr. Will Halstead’s (Nick Gehlfuss) new work colleague, and Danielle Mone Truitt plays another doctor who is part of Dr. Natalie Manning’s (Torrey DeVitto) storyline.

The most interesting cameo, though, is Brennan Brown making another appearance as our favorite droll neurosurgeon Dr. Sam Adams. Hopefully he’ll have more than a scene or two, as he always livens things up when he appears (even as his character would never be described as the life of the party).

Hopefully, all these guest appearances won’t overshadow our series regulars, but we’ll find out when the full episode airs tomorrow.
