Chicago Med season 6, episode 9 synopsis and promo: For the Want of a Nail
The next episode of Chicago Med is going to be relationship-heavy, according to the material that NBC has released for Wednesday’s new installment.
The hour is titled “For the Want of a Nail” and will see Maggie Lockwood (Marlyne Barrett) continuing to have personal issues after the situation with Auggie. On top of that, if you watch the promo for the episode—included below—it reveals that Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) and Dr. Crockett Marcel (Dominic Rains) have their relationship called out by someone else.
That part will probably amuse One Chicago fans, since just about everyone at the hospital has been sleeping with one of their coworkers at some point, so for the show to have that become a major issue now seems overdue. Will Natalie or Crockett point that out this week? Or is Med going to become more self-aware of how the hookups affect the hospital?
Steven Weber also returns as Dr. Dean Archer for his second episode; you can read our interview with him here. Archer certainly won’t be making any new friends.
