The upcoming Chicago Fire will be all about new arrivals, according to NBC‘s information released to promote Wednesday’s episode.

After another brief hiatus, One Chicago’s original series returns with an installment titled “A Couple Hundred Degrees.” In the episode, Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) locks horns with a new recruit who has some connections—but wait, how’s Severide going to run into this person in the first place? Is Firehouse 51 taking on extra people for some reason? There’s certainly been a lot of personnel shuffling recently.

On that note, the team’s latest paramedic Violet Lim (recurring guest star Hanako Greensmith) is getting her own subplot in her very first episode with 51. Violet, who replaced Gianna Mackey at the end of the latest episode, is getting some unwanted mail. So naturally, she and her new partner Sylvie Brett (Kara Killmer) decide to take matters into their own hands.
