Chicago Med season 6, episode 13 synopsis and promo: What A Tangled Web We Weave
S. Epatha Merkerson is getting another chance to shine in the next Chicago Med, as NBC has revealed with the promo and synopsis for this week’s new episode.
Merkerson’s character Sharon Goodwin hasn’t had a ton to do in the current season of the One Chicago hospital drama; her major plotline has been dealing with the conflict of interest of her son Michael (recurring guest star Hampton Fluker) being a medical device representative in her own hospital. But that plotline resolved recently with Michael headed to another hospital.
Goodwin now has a much more serious problem on her hands, and it’s only slightly less personal; there’s a car accident that she has a connection to.
Meanwhile, the story of Dr. Natalie Manning (Torrey DeVitto) stealing clinical trial medication for her mother (recurring guest star Margaret Colin) will continue. Will Natalie continue to avoid any serious consequences for her actions? Or will someone notice the drugs never made it back to the pharmaceutical company and call her out? We’ll have to see how long her subterfuge lasts.
