To Catch A Spy exclusive: See Colin Donnell in newest Hallmark mystery

Who doesn’t want to see Colin Donnell and Patti Murin in another movie together? That’s what’s happening on Sunday, as the Chicago Med alums both star in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries film To Catch A Spy—and One Chicago Center has an exclusive clip of Colin from the movie for you to see first!

To Catch A Spy features Colin as FBI agent Aaron Maxwell, who ends up with an unexpected crime to solve when a body falls off the balcony of the hotel he’s staying at in Malta. The only witness to the apparent murder is travel writer Chloe Day (played by Dynasty alum Nathalie Kelley). In our first look, Aaron tries to set some boundaries with Chloe and reassure her that his team has the situation under control… but those ground rules probably won’t stick.

Patti co-stars as Sarah Webb, the photographer on Chloe’s team. Between the three of them, can they find the killer before he or she strikes again?

And does the murder have anything to do with another crime Aaron is investigating at the local U.S. embassy, or the recent renovation of the hotel that brought Chloe and company there in the first place?

There’s a lot to unravel in the film, which premieres at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. It’s also Colin’s second Hallmark production and Patti’s third, as well as the second one that they’ve both appeared in. (Thought: can someone get them a crime-solving franchise, since Hallmark seems to love movie series about duos who investigate mysteries? They’d be perfect for the network’s next big thing.)
