One Chicago has plenty of characters we love—and others that fans love to hate. Chicago Med, Chicago PD and Chicago Fire have all featured plenty of villains who have driven audiences, and the other characters, crazy.

This list is dedicated to those characters, particularly the recurring villains that the One Chicago franchise has featured in recent seasons. They’re more than just one or two-episode bad guys; they stuck around for half a season or sometimes an entire season. They not only made life hard for the heroes, but sometimes they made the shows more difficult for the viewers, too.
