NBC’s February 2022 schedule is super disappointing for Chicago Fire, Med and PD fans

The new year might have started off strong for NBC’s One Chicago dramas, but the second month of 2022 is an entirely different story.
Following three weeks of back-to-back new episodes of Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago PD, NBC’s most-watched dramas headed on yet another break as January came to a close.
Unfortunately, this break is proving to be the season’s longest yet with little for One Chicago fans to get excited about in the month of February.
Not only are fans unable to catch new episodes of the One Chicago series for nearly the entire month, but due to special coverage NBC isn’t even airing encore episodes meaning we’re in a major One Chicago drought at the moment with our only refuge coming via Peacock and the occasional rerun in syndication.
Chicago Fire, Med and PD episode guide (February 2022)
Unfortunately, due to NBC’s coverage of the 2022 Winter Olympics, the entire One Chicago slate has been benched throughout the majority of the month of February.
On Feb. 2, fans were able to enjoy encores of a few previous episodes before NBC turned over its primetime blocks to the Olympics on both Feb. 9 and Feb. 16 resulting in no One Chicago encores on those days.

The good news is that as February comes to a close, we’ll finally get new episodes of all three One Chicago series as the series return from a four-week break.

When do Chicago Fire, Chicago PD and Chicago Med return?
NBC’s One Chicago programming block will finally return from its latest break on Feb. 23, 2022, with NBC airing new episodes of Chicago Fire, Chicago Med and Chicago PD. While the plot points and titles of the episodes have not yet been teased, we do know the episodes airing on Feb. 23 will be the thirteenth episode of each show’s current season.
