Judging by the synopsis for this week’s episode, it seems the ongoing gang story involving Dylan’s former patient, Milena Jovanovic, is about to come to a head in a dangerous way that could see Dylan in the crosshairs.

Speaking of intense situations, it seems tensions will be rising between Crockett and Blake when they’re forced to make an impossible decision after complications arise with a transplant patient.

"Rival gangs bring their war to Med. Will and Charles work with a teenage brain cancer patient who’s refusing treatment. Tensions run high in the OR when a patient’s transplanted uterus fails, forcing Crockett and Blake to decide whether to try another transplant using a uterus from the patient’s sister."
