Violet and Hawkins will need to make a decision about what to do with their relationship in Chicago Fire season 10, episode 17. Let’s take a look inside the episode to see what to expect.

In true Chicago Fire sense, a new relationship isn’t getting the real chance to blossom. There is already a problem for Violet (Hanako Greensmith) and Hawkins (Jimmy Nicholas). The new episode sees an official complaint made about them.

Of course, Violet thinks it is Gallo (Alberto Rosende) who did it. Gallo is jealous, and he doesn’t agree with the relationship. However, is it possibly someone else? Ambulance 61 did jump the line when it came to repairs due to Violet’s relationship with Hawkins. He is giving Violet special treatment, and that does need to be addressed. This is why the relationship shouldn’t have started in the first place, and why there are rules against these types of relationships.

The episode isn’t just going to be about the two of them. We have a chance to take a look inside the promo, synopsis, and images to get a sense of what to expect in “Keep You Safe.”

The promo is heavily focused on Violet and Hawkins. She is sure that Gallo is the one who made the official complaint, but for Hawkins, it doesn’t matter. Whether it was Gallo or not, he could be severely reprimanded for this.

Hawkins wants to put the brakes on the relationship already. He thinks they need to spend some time apart, and Violet is not happy about that thought process.

Chicago Fire 10×17 synopsis

While there is a mention of Violet and Hawkins, the Chicago Fire season 10, episode 17 synopsis touches on other topics. We’ll get to see Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) work together as two lieutenants of different parts of Firehouse 51. We already got to see them in action a few episodes ago when Kidd was acting lieutenant, but now this is a permanent thing.

The two will work together on a call that involves a car accident. This looks suspicious, and we know both of them will want to get to the bottom of it.

We’ll also get to see more of Cruz (Joe Minoso) and Chloe (Kristen Gutoskie). Their family dynamic is changing, and the two will need to get used to this.

"Severide and Kidd work with CPD regarding a suspicious car wreck. Hawkins and Violet’s relationship is in jeopardy. Chloe and Cruz adjust to a new family dynamic."
