How to watch Chicago Med season 7, episode 21

Chicago Med keeps the momentum going this week on NBC. The medical drama has a brand new episode to dish out, with plenty of subplots and unexpected developments for the staff. The new episode is titled “Lying Doesn’t Protect You from the Truth”, and all signs point to it being focused on a trio of high intensity cases.

Fans will get a chance to see some unique combinations, including a joint effort by Dr. Choi (Brian Tee) and Dr. Scott (Guy Lockard) to treat a patient who gets shot during a botched drug raid. Once again it seems as though Scott’s past as a police officer will come into play and inform the way in which he handles a victim.

There will also be some unique interplay between Dr. Halstead (Nick Gehlfuss) and Asher (Jessy Schram) as they struggle to properly treat a pregnant patient. They enlist the help of Dr. Marcel (Dominic Rains), who has been spending most of the season working alongside his partner, Dr. Blake (Sarah Rafferty).

Blake’s revelation last week, that the steadiness of her hand has been compromised, was huge, and it’ll be interesting to see how the show handles her professional crisis. The jury is still out on whether she will have to leave Gaffney.
