Chicago Fire season 11 will be here before we know it. We’re looking ahead at what’s next for the characters. What’s in store for Stella Kidd?
Stella Kidd went on one rocky journey throughout Chicago Fire season 10. While out in Boston to open a new Girls on Fire chapter, she wondered what she really wanted in her personal life and her career. It was radio silence for a while, with both Severide and Boden trying to get through to her.
Eventually, she returned, and that led us to the point where she ended the season. She’s now the lieutenant of Truck 81, and she and Severide finally got married. They did it with their friends around them and on a boat! It just seemed so fitting for the two of them.
We’re used to finales ending with major cliffhangers. The Chicago Fire season 10 finale left us with questions about both Kidd and Severide.
What will happen to Stella Kidd in Chicago Fire season 11?
We will start the season with answers from the cliffhanger ending. Severide and Kidd have gone on their honeymoon. Just like their wedding, it just screams the two of them.
However, they’re not alone. A car ominously drove up to the house the two are staying in for their honeymoon. It’s clear that this car is filled with guys from the drug trade that Severide managed to bring an end to during the episode. Someone wants Severide dead, and that puts both him and Kidd at risk right now.
We’re not going to start the new season with one of them being killed, though, right? It’s sure to end with either an injury or both of them finding a way to get out of dodge. From there, we’ll get to see the two of them continue their lives together. We know that kids aren’t on the cards for the two of them just yet. They’ve just got married, both of them have baggage from their childhoods, and they are very career orientated.
Instead, we should get to see Kidd focus on being a good lieutenant. She’ll want to support her team while saving lives. Chicago Fire season 11 is a chance to see her prove that women don’t only deserve to be in the fire service, but they also deserve to be leaders.
