Although the FBI franchise on CBS is still in its early days, the three series that make up the hit franchise has already undergone so many major casting changes over the years.
Just this season, we saw several casting shakeups as beloved characters departed in often shocking manners as new faces joined the mix in recurring and series regular roles to help fill the voids left by those who left the series.

Who’s leaving FBI? (2022)
Although the door was left open for a return, Shantel VanSanten seems to have left the series after stepping in to play Special Agent Nina Chase across a multi-episode arc. VanSanten’s character was brought into the mix to help fill the void left by Missy Peregrym’s temporary departure for maternity leave.

Considering that Nina is alive and is still romantically connected to Scola — and how well-received her character was by the fans — we could definitely see the writers bringing her back into the fold. However, at this time, it seems we might have seen the last of Nina.
FBI cast 2022: Who’s in the season 5 cast?
Returning as part of the FBI season 5 cast are Zeeko Zaki as Special Agent Omar Adom ‘OA’ Zidan, Jeremy Sisto as Assistant Special Agent in Charge Jubal Valentine, Alana De La Garza as Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille, John Boyd as Special Agent Stuart Scola, Katherine Renee Turner as Special Agent Tiffany Wallace, Taylor Anthony Miller as Analyst Kelly Moran, James Chen as Analyst Ian Lim and Vedette Lim as Analyst Elise Taylor.
After missing several episodes, Missy Peregrym has also finally Special Agent Maggie Bell and will appear in the remaining season 5 episodes.
