Chicago Fire spoilers: What to expect in Chicago Fire season 11, episode 12 (Preview)
Just as one Firehouse 51 member gets a win, another hits a low point. Check out the Chicago Fire spoilers for season 11, episode 12.
There is a lot going on in the world of Chicago Fire right now. The new episode will continue a storyline set up in the previous episode. We’ll get to see Herrmann (David Eigenberg) more as he struggles to deal with Cindy’s (Robyn Coffin) most recent diagnosis. The writers better not kill Cindy off! I’m warning them!
As for the new calls of the week, one is going to put Truck and Squad against each other. The two lieutenants can’t agree. This isn’t because Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) and Severide (Taylor Kinney) are arguing at home. It’s got everything to do with how much they love each other.
Chicago Fire spoilers: 11×12 promo
The promo gives us a look at Severide and Kidd’s storyline. Kidd is worried that when they open some bunker doors, there will be an explosion. That’s certainly plausible, but Kidd can’t do much about that. Severide will have weighed up the risks before going to the doors. He’s good at his job.
The problem is how Kidd feels for Severide, and vice versa. If they can’t put their personal feelings for each other to one side, one of them will need to ask for a transfer. Really, it’s Kidd who needs to ask since she’s the one bringing up the issue, right?

Chicago Fire spoilers: 11×12 synopsis
The synopsis does go into Severide and Kidd’s story, but there are two other focuses in it. The first is Herrmann, who is struggling to deal with Cindy’s diagnosis. She has lung cancer, something that she should have never got. Herrmann went through it all. Out of the two of them, he’s the one who should have that diagnosis.
Cindy holds that whole family together. She is the heart of it, and now she’s going to have to fight against cancer and hold it all together for the kids. Hermann needs to find a way to deal with it, and I’m sure we’ll see the firehouse rally around them so Cindy doesn’t have to worry as much about her kids.
Then we’ll get more with Violet, Brett, and Gallo. Violet is going to give the two of them some dating advice. That’s sure to be amusing.
"Truck and Squad clash after a tense call rescuing a doomsday prepper. Herrmann struggles with Cindy’s diagnosis. Violet gives Brett and Gallo dating advice."
