After taking an extra week off, Firehouse 51 is finally back in action. Here are the Chicago Fire spoilers for season 11, episode 13.

When Chicago Fire first went on a break, it was only supposed to be until Feb. 8. That changed with the news that Taylor Kinney would be taking an unexpected leave of absence. The good news is the show is heading back with a new episode on Wednesday, Feb. 15.

The episode will see an accident that looks a lot like Ghosts. An archery class gone wrong leads to a patient getting an arrow through his neck. This isn’t instant death for the patient unlike Pete in Ghosts, but it is a horrific and stressful situation.

It’s going to be up to Brett (Kara Kilmer) and Violet (Hanako Greensmith) to find a way to save the guy. They’ll be the one telling Severide (Kinney) to stop moving him.

Chicago Fire spoilers: 11×13 synopsis

The synopsis is now available, and it goes into a little more detail for the characters and the calls. We’ll see someone who is determined to thank Brett and Severide for saving his life. Is this linked to the archery call, or will it be linked to something that has happened in the past?

Meanwhile, we’ll see more of Carver (Jake Lockett). So far, we know very little about his past, but his troubled brother coming to town could change all that. Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) will understand troubled families, so she’s sure to have his back in this episode.

Then there’s a little bit more for Herrmann (David Eigenberg). He’s dealing with the new of his wife’s lung cancer diagnosis, but he also has his children to take care of. He needs to put on a school fundraiser, and we’ll see Firehouse 51 come together as a family as usual.

"Firehouse 51 helps Herrmann put on a school fundraiser. Carver’s troubled brother comes to town. A grateful citizen is determined to thank Brett and Severide for saving his life."
