Who’s leaving Law and Order?
At this time, there have not been any cast departures announced ahead of Law and Order season 23. It is possible there could be some changes to the show’s cast that unfold in the months leading up to the new season, but as of now no members of the cast are slated to depart the show before its return to NBC as part of the 2023-24 season.
Law and Order season 23 cast
Barring any unexpected changes to the cast during the offseason, it’s looking like all of the Law and Order cast members will be returning for season 23 including:

- Hugh Dancy as Assistant District Attorney Nolan Price
- Odelya Halevi as Assistant District Attorney Samantha Maroun
- Camryn Manheim as Lt. Kate Dixon
