The stars of Chicago Fire love their fans. They are among the most consistent groups in all of television when it comes to interacting with fans, posting behind-the-scenes photos with their co-stars, and posting teasers of what to expect in upcoming episodes.
Well, generally. The actors we’ve come to know and love over the last decade have been on strike and unable to promote the new season of Chicago Fire, but that hasn’t stopped them from posting about the strike and their desire for better living wages. All the social media focus has driven us to a simple albeit compelling question: who is the Chicago Fire star with the biggest following?
How many Instagram followers does Taylor Kinney have?
Every actor on the show has an impressive following. Jesse Spencer (Matthew Casey) has 123K followers despite posting very little, and his onscreen partner, Kara Killmer (Sylvie Brett) has 469K followers thanks to her knack for humorous posts and Chicago Fire-related material. We still get a kick out of watching footage of Spencer and Killmer rehearing the proposal scene between their characters in the season 11 finale.
Hanako Greensmith (Violet Mikami) has 135K followers on Instagram, while co-star Daniel Kyri (Darren Ritter) has 164K followers. Christian Stolte (Mouch) may not seem like someone who spends a lot of time on Instagram, but his status as a day-one cast member and his beloved performance has led to him amassing an impressive 218K followers.
One of Stolte’s IG posts, uploaded the day of the season 11 finale, still has us worried that his character will die in the upcoming season. “I just want to say it’s been an extraordinary 11 years, and I am so very grateful for the experience”, he wrote in the caption. “Truck on, Chi-Hards.” We don’t like the idea of a Mouch-less Chicago Fire…

The actor is consistent poster who shares photos of his personal life along with Chicago Fire stuff.
