Ben Warren has an interview in Grey's Anatomy season 21, episode 3 (Preview)
It’s time for Ben Warren to find his way back into Grey Sloan Memorial. Could that happen in Grey’s Anatomy season 21, episode 3?
The latest episode saw Meredith and Bailey team up to get Catherine to go after treatment. She has beaten the odds on so many other occasions, why not on this one? Catherine has agreed, but she still doesn’t want to tell Webber anything. That’s a problem for Meredith in the new episode.
Meanwhile, Ben is after a surgical residency, but he wants to stay in Seattle. That means he’s limited, and it doesn’t look like his interview with Sydney is going to go all that well.
Warren gets an interview in Grey’s Anatomy season 21, episode 3
There are a few things that the synopsis teases for Grey’s Anatomy season 21, episode 3. One of those is Warren landing an interview at Grey Sloan Memorial. If Bailey was still in charge of the residency program, he’d likely get a spot quickly. However, it’s Sydney Heron in charge right now, and she isn’t going to be as lenient.
Syd doesn’t exactly have too much against Bailey, but that doesn’t mean there wasn’t competition back in the day. She may feel a little threatened if Bailey’s husband is in the residency program. Ben’s lack of settling in one particular job probably won’t look good for him to her, either.
While all that goes on, Meredith and Bailey are helping Catherine. They need to biopsy the mets on Catherine’s liver, but this could be a dangerous surgery. Meredith is worried, and she wants to tell Webber something. The problem is Catherine gets the final say as the patient—that is until her emergency contact needs to say something.
There’s another surgery taking place during the episode. A patient is getting a kidney transplant while he’s still awake. This is a huge moment for the interns, and each one of them will want to be involved in this. It puts them against each other, though, and that could spell trouble for relationships. The synopsis focuses more on Simone and Lucas, but what about Mika and Jules?
Take a look at the promo and synopsis for Grey’s Anatomy season 21, episode 3:
"Simone and Lucas work to balance their relationship while competing to assist on an awake kidney transplant; Teddy offers Amelia a new opportunity; Ben's interview doesn't go as planned; Meredith's secret causes tension with Richard."
