One Chicago 2025 crossover cast list: Every character who will appear

One Chicago is known, and loved, for its integration of different shows. The franchise draws a lot of its strength from the fact that it can pull characters from one of its three titles and drop them into a situation with another cast. It keeps things fresh and generally very exciting.

It's been six years since the franchise has given fans a full on, three-part crossover, though. January 29 is a monumental date for fans, as Chicago Med, Chicago Fire, and Chicago PD will be brought in to carry a single, unified storyline. Given how big the casts are for each show, we thought it's be useful to provide a list of every character who is set to appear.

Chicago Fire crossover cast list

Chicago Fire will kick off the crossover event, and fortunately, the promo confirms that most all of the main cast members will be on hand. Kelly Severide (Taylor Kinney) and Stella Kidd (Miranda Rae Mayo) will get the most screen time, with Chief Dom Pascal (Dermot Mulroney) seemingly coming in third.

We will also get to see plenty of Mouch (Christian Stolte), given the severe injury that his wife suffers amidst all the chaos. Sadly, Chicago Fire showrunner Andrea Newman confirmed that Joe Cruz (Joe Minoso) is still suspended, and therefore will not be appearing in the crossover.

Chicago Med crossover cast list

Chicago Med has suffered some major exits in recent seasons, and even a few minor deaths in recent episodes, but we are happy to confirm that all of the core cast members will be appearing in the 2025 crossover event.

Dr. Dean Archer (Steven Weber) will be center stage in the action, though Dr. Caitlin Lenox (Sarah Ramos) will also be tasked with helping one of Chicago PD's main characters. Thankfully, the Med team sounds as though they will be least at risk during the crossover.

Chicago PD crossover cast list

Chicago PD is going to be spearheaded by two veteran characters during the crossover. Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger) will be in a very dicey situation, ensuring that he gets plenty of screen time, and Hank Voight (Jason Beghe) will be on hand to try and save Ruzek.

The rest of the team will be around, of course, especially during the third and final part of the crossover event, but expect to get your money's worth with Ruzek and Voight, in particular.
