Talk about a guy who wasn't cut out for the job. Mike Sorensen (Kevin Kane) spent his entire time in IU himming and hawing about the fact that he didn't enjoy police work, and if that weren't enough, he did baffling things like post his dashcam footage to social media to garner attention.

Sorensen wasn't a bad person deep down, but he was careless, and he lacked the courage and grit that so many of his IU peers had. When a sniper began targeting cops in season 4, Sorensen just quit right away. Not the kind of character we're dying to see more of.
