Blue Bloods is definitely having a moment. The show is in the midst of its alleged final season, and doing a bit of a victory lap by bringing back characters we haven't seen in years. It really feels like the showrunners and writers are taking time to make sure every thread is resolved.

Bringing back old characters did make us reflect on the different people who have passed through the show, however, and which ones irked us the most. There have been lots of unlikeable people that have been featured throughout the police drama, but these eight take the cake for us.
