How to watch Chicago PD season 11 episode 2 live online
Chicago PD will continue to dive deep in the damaged psyches of its characters in season 11. The premiere focused on the personal frustrations that Hailey Upton (Tracy Spiridakos) was dealing with, and the second episode will shift the focus to Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger).
Ruzek took a bullet to the belly in season 10, and is still struggling to get his footing within the IU. He's failed to pass the power test needed to be cleared for duty, and is therefore stuck in a no man's land where he feels like he's not able to do what he loves.
This, unsurprisingly, leads to some self-reflection. Ruzek has a complicated relationship with police work thanks to his dad, Bob Ruzek (Jack Coleman), and the fact that he's gone six months without the ability to help his partner Kim Burgess (Marina Squierciati) and the rest of the IU has led to a sort of crossroads in terms of who he is.

Adam Ruzek questions his legacy on Chicago PD 1102
Ruzek was confirmed to be the central focus of the episode by Chicago PD showrunner Gwen Sigan. She told Hello! Magazine that the character would be stepping into the spotlight after taking a more reduced role in the season premiere:
""Episode two is a Ruzek episode; we really highlight him and show his journey and what it's been like for him for the last six months – and it's been a hard road.""
Shifting the focus from one episode to the next is nothing new in the world of Chicago PD, but there is a lingering sense of uncertainty within the IU. The team is short-staffed since Ruzek and the rookie Dante Torres (Benjamin Levy Aguilar) have been gone, and so much of season 11 will be focused on building it back up.
