We’re one day away from the return of Chicago PD, so we’re giving you an early look at the next new episode with our lineup of Chicago PD photos!

Wednesday’s episode is called “Sisterhood” and in it, you’ll want to keep your eye on Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati), who is uncomfortably close to the case of the week. When Intelligence starts tracking down someone who’s decided to murder known rapists themselves, it brings back a lot of unpleasant memories for Burgess, whose sister was attacked in “Last Minute Resistance.”

While Burgess questions whether or not there’s room for some vigilante justice, the rest of the unit is focused on stopping the vigilante before their body count gets any higher. Plus, it’s not like they don’t all have their own drama to come back to the District with, whether it’s trying to keep the team together or unfinished personal business of their own.

Maybe that’s why Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer) looks perturbed. Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), on the other hand, just looks like it’s Wednesday. For a guy who thought he might be killed earlier this season, Ruzek is pretty chill. Maybe he’ll be able to calm down Burgess, who seems like she could use a shoulder to lean on.
